Payment Information

Our office accepts all major credit cards and personal checks. In addition, we participate in plans with two medical financing companies; CareCredit and SurgeryLoans.com. We do not provide in-house financing.

The CareCredit plans which we accept include 3, 6, and 12 month plans which are same as cash. No interest is charged if you pay in full, on time. If not paid in full on time, 24% interest is charged on the entire (original) dollar amount.

*(on purchases of $1000 or more with your CareCredit card. Interest will be charged to your account from the purchase date if the promotional balance, including optional charges, is not paid in full within the agreed upon months or if you make a late payment. Minimum Monthly Payments Required)

We also accept CareCredit plans for 24, 36, and 48 months (balance must be $1000 or more) at 13.90%. Borrowers must make minimum set monthly payments.

All fees for surgery are due in full, two weeks prior to your surgery date.

The Cost of Your Surgery

When you are researching the cost of plastic surgery, you are likely to find quite a variation in prices. It is important to know if you are comparing apples to apples—and this can be difficult. Many offices quote prices of surgeon’s fees with separate anesthesia fees and facility fees.

When we give you a written quote for a procedure that will be performed in our facility, the quote will include all fees—surgeon’s fee, anesthesia, and follow-up care.

If we give you a quote over the phone, before you have been seen by Dr. Houser, please understand that this quote will be an estimated range or “ballpark” estimate only. Without a consultation, (which includes an exam and a focused discussion about your individual surgery), it is difficult to quote an exact price.

 Following your consultation with Dr. Houser, we will be able to give you an accurate and detailed quote for your surgery.
